William Lewis "Bill" Jenkins (born November 29, 1936) is a politician from the state of Tennessee. He represented the state's 1st Congressional district, centered around the Tri-Cities ([http://nationalatlas.gov/printable/images/preview/congdist/tn01_109.gif map]), from 1997 until his successor was sworn in on January 3, 2007.
